Our Story
NestHaven was founded in 2025 with one clear belief: Property owners should not have to run their businesses on WhatsApp messages, Excel sheets, handwritten notebooks, and payment screenshots.
After spending more than 10 years working across startups, operations, customer management, and business growth roles, we saw the same operational problems everywhere — missed rent collections, occupancy confusion, duplicate records, payment tracking issues, maintenance leakage, and lack of financial visibility.
Most small and medium property operators were managing real businesses without real operational systems. Beds were occupied. Buildings were full. But owners still struggled with cash flow, tracking, and operational clarity.
Existing software platforms focused heavily on gated communities and large enterprise housing societies, while thousands of independent operators, PG owners, hostel managers, and apartment owners remained underserved.
NestHaven was built to solve that gap. We are building an operational infrastructure layer for modern rental businesses — helping owners manage occupancy, residents, billing, payments, expenses, and property operations from one unified platform. Our goal is simple: Help property owners reduce operational stress, eliminate revenue leakage, and run their properties with confidence and clarity.
Founder
Rizwan Fasal — Founder & CEO
Rizwan brings over 10 years of experience across startups, operations management, customer success, business scaling, and regional leadership roles.
Before founding NestHaven, he worked closely with operational workflows, customer onboarding systems, revenue operations, and multi-location business management — gaining firsthand exposure to how operational inefficiencies silently destroy profitability.
Through years of working with growing businesses and operational teams, one pattern became clear: small and medium property operators were running financially important businesses without proper systems. NestHaven was born from that realization.
Instead of building another generic property management tool, Rizwan focused on building operational infrastructure specifically designed for the realities of Indian rental businesses — especially PGs, hostels, independent apartments, and non-gated communities.
His vision is to help property owners move from reactive management to operational clarity through simple, reliable, and scalable software.
