1. Service Description
NestHaven is a property management platform for PG, hostel, and apartment owners in India. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of data entered in the platform and for keeping your login credentials secure.
3. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly. No refunds after 7 days from the billing date. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
5. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. NestHaven does not claim ownership of any data you enter. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
NestHaven is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
